Europe - Rothenburg

Rothenburg was pretty cool, but very touristy. There were lots of fun shops and busy, cobbled streets to walk down in this quaint walled city.

A number of the houses looked like this

I tried to capture the crowded feeling of the city and houses

Our weather and the sights were beautiful

Typical street in Rothenburg

Sneak attack =)

Another cool, but typical, street

I actually got a good picture of her! =D

Europe - Ulm

So, our second day in Ulm, we climbed to the very top of the tallest steeple in the world (768 steps), which was actually really fun, and we got some awesome views.

This is what the steps were like pretty much the entire way - we were a little dizzy after each flight of stairs =)

Part of the spectacular view of Ulm from one of the stops on the way up

The rest of the church from the steeple

Second to last stop on the way up

It's a beautiful cathedral, and it was an amazing day

Europe - Ulm

More pictures from Ulm - there were lots of great picture opportunities, so there will be more posts from Ulm =)

A lot of the houses looked like this, but they weren't all as crooked as this one =)

Another cute street on a canal

Europe - Ulm

After saying "See you later!" to the family in Zurich, we hopped in the car and drove about 3 hours to the city of Ulm in Germany, where we spent one night. It was quite fun, and Ulm is a magnificent city.

The fabulous view from our hotel of the Ulmer Munster, which has the tallest steeple in the world

Syd, probably insagraming about our trip =)

Europe - Zurich and Family

This is all just family...

It's not a good "picture" picture, but it's artsy, and that's why I liked it =)
